Full of lively squres and ourdoor cafčs. Here a must is the castle, the Loggia del Lionello and the Torre dell'Orologio, the clocktower.
The Civic Museum hosts art works by Tiepolo, Caravaggio and others.
Interesting sights include the church of S.Maria di Castello built on a 8th century place of worship; the Palazzo Arcivescovile with frescoes by Tiepolo and works by Domenico da Tolmezzo and Gianni Martini.
The Duomo boasts frescoes by Tiepolo and Vitale da Bologna. Also interesting; the Oratorio della Puritą, the Medeival Oratorio della Puritą, the Museo di Storia Naturale, Via Mercatovecchio (a popular meeting place and shopping street), Piazza Matteotti (lively square with open-air market) and the Galleria d'Arte Moderna with works by Picasso, Guttuso, Carrą.
